Terms of Service

Thank you for using “At Submit”! I build this platform to help you manage your submissions effectively. Because I don’t know every user personally, these Terms of Service help keep the platform running smoothly for everyone.

When I say “At Submit”, “we”, “our”, or “us” in this document, I am referring to the “At Submit” platform and its individual owner.

When I say “Services”, I mean the website at https://atsubmit.com and any related features or applications provided by “At Submit”.

When I say “You” or “your”, I am referring to the individuals or organizations that own an account with “At Submit”.

I may update these Terms of Service (“Terms”) in the future. Whenever I make a significant change, I will refresh the date at the top of this page and take appropriate steps to notify account holders. By using the Services, you agree to the latest Terms.

These Terms contain a limitation of liability.

Account Terms

  1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Services.
  2. Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. “At Submit” cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
  3. Content Responsibility: You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account.
  4. Human Use: Accounts registered by “bots” or other automated methods are not permitted.

You may not use the Services to upload, store, or transmit:

Payment, Refunds, and Plan Changes

  1. Free Version: If you use a free version, it is truly free. I do not ask for your credit card and I do not sell your data.
  2. Subscriptions: For paid plans, you pay in advance to keep using the Service. If you do not pay, your account will be frozen and eventually queued for cancellation.
  3. Refunds: I process refunds according to my Refund Policy.

Cancellation and Termination

  1. Cancellation: You are responsible for properly canceling your account. You can do this in-app via Settings > Billing/Subscription.
  2. Data Deletion: Upon cancellation, your content becomes inaccessible. It is permanently deleted from active systems within 30 days and from backups within 60 days.
  3. Termination: I reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any reason at any time, particularly for violations of these Terms or abusive behavior.

Copyright and Content Ownership

  1. Copyright Infringement: If you believe your work has been infringed, please contact dmca@atsubmit.com.
  2. Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the materials you submit to the Services. You grant me a limited license to use the content only to provide the Services to you.
  3. “At Submit” Property: The visual design, logo, and trademarks of “At Submit” are my exclusive property. You may not duplicate or reuse any portion of the HTML, CSS, or visual design without express written permission.
  4. Feedback: If you provide feedback or suggestions, I may implement them without compensation or credits given to you.

Governing Law & Liability

Governing Law: These Terms and your use of the Services are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in Vietnam.

Liability: You expressly understand and agree that “At Submit” shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, or data resulting from: (i) the use or the inability to use the service; (ii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; or (iii) any other matter relating to the service.
