Privacy Policy

The privacy of your data is a big deal to me. I promise I never sell your data: never have, never will.

What I collect and why

1. Identity and Access: When you sign up, I ask for your name and email address so you can personalize your account and I can send you essential updates.
2. Billing Information: If you sign up for a paid plan, your credit card info goes directly to Stripe (my payment processor). I only store a record of the transaction (like the last 4 digits) for history and support.
3. Product Interactions: I store the content you upload so you can use the platform as intended. This stays as long as your account is active.
4. Cookies: “At Submit” uses session cookies (to keep you logged in), security cookies, and analytics cookies (to understand usage).

Data Processors

I use trusted third-party providers to help run the platform:

• Hosting: Cloudflare / AWS (infrastructure)
• Payments: Stripe
• Email: Resend / SendGrid
• Analytics: Plausible / Google Analytics

Your Rights

Regardless of your location, I strive to honor your rights to:

• Access your data.
• Correct inaccuracies.
• Erase your data (“Right to be Forgotten”).
• Export your data (Portability).

International Transfers

“At Submit” serves users worldwide. If you are in the EU or UK, please be aware that your information may be transferred to and stored in the United States or other locations where my processors operate. I use standard contractual protections to ensure your data is treated securely.

Data Retention & Deletion

• Trashed Content: Purged within 25–30 days.
• Canceled Accounts: Content is removed from active systems within 30 days and from backups within 60 days.
